Anotace
The course provides students with essential knowledge of financial principles and valuation practices in the real estate industry. Students will learn to analyse investments, evaluate financing options, and assess risks, while applying valuation methods to determine property market values. Emphasis is placed on the impact of economic, legal, and regulatory factors, as well as financial analysis techniques like cash flow projections, ROI, and NPV. Additionally, students will explore the role of real estate and capital markets in shaping industry practices, use financial modelling tools to assess project feasibility, and develop effective communication skills for presenting financial data.
