The design creates a public space from the existing green area that encourages leisure and everyday use. The concept emphasizes improved permeability of the site, its functionality, and clear connections to the surrounding urban structure. The area is divided into three zones, each reflecting the different needs of visitors and creating conditions for both social interaction and relaxation.
