Housing is not a human right. I disagree. I am trying to find a general minimum standard of urban living. In the context of social housing typology, I propose a dense block set in Prague's Košíře. I propose housing that is economical, yet dignified. The apartment should have a balcony, large windows. The house should be beautiful, provide security, create community. Housing should be a human right.
