Birthing Center Na Hřebenkách, Praha

The subject of this thesis is the design of a birthing center that strikes a balance between home birth and hospital delivery. The birthing center provides a safe and intimate setting for natural childbirth. In addition to the birthing area, it also features a community section with spaces designed for education, exercise, and social gatherings for both expectant mothers and families with children. The building is situated on a sloped lot in Prague, on Na Hřebenkách Street.
