Reuse - Housing Žižkov

The project presents the design of three residential buildings situated within an inner courtyard featuring a generous green area conceived as a calm park with lawns and pedestrian pathways. The environment supports relaxation, everyday outdoor activities, and informal social interaction among residents. The residential units are designed as 2-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes (2+KK), with each apartment featuring a private terrace that extends the living space and creates a direct connection between the interior and the exterior. Beneath the buildings, an underground parking garage with a capacity of 269 parking spaces is intended to relieve surrounding streets from automobile traffic and enhance the quality of the public space. The ground floors are designed as an active frontage. The project emphasizes high-quality urban living, a strong connection to nature, and the support of community life.
