Žižkov - between Three Stations - social intervention centre

The location of the building is strategically chosen in the area between three railway stations the Main Railway Station, the Masaryk Railway Station and the Žižkov Bus Station. It touches on a sensitive area of similar locations homeless people need a safe place to sleep, and the designed rehabilitation center also offers the opportunity to change their lives and stand on their own feet with the help of a specialist and a suitable environment. It is a building without a basement with three full floors and a fourth partial floor, where trial apartments are located as the last stage before a full-fledged new life. On the ground floor there are entrance areas, including parking spaces for ambulances, an entrance toilet with a shower, initial examination areas of the surgeries and four quarantine/barrier-free rooms. The 2nd floor is communal in addition to several surgeries, there is also a gym, library and dining room. From the dining room, access is designed to an open corner terrace and to the atrium in the middle of the southeast part. The 3rd floor is residential - occupied by bedrooms and rooms for group or individual therapy.
