Apartment Building - Square U Orionky

The design addresses an apartment building on the U Orionky Square, which is currently used primarily as a park. It is located at the intersection of Benešovská and Korunní streets and is thus the imaginary center of the location. This appearance is also helped by the surrounding development, which varies in all directions from this place. Another characteristic element is the trolleybus turntable monument, which, despite its current insignificance, still helps to create the atmosphere of the place. The concept was based on these ideas - a reference to the monument and the unification of local architecture. It is a block development, which consists of two wings along each of the streets, united by a transverse section with a glazed atrium and a residential terrace. The emphasis is primarily on pleasant, practical and community use.
