Triangular Hybrid Holešovice, Block of Apartments/ Live, Meditate - Cleanse

The project consists of two main parts. The first part includes an open block of seven-story buildings that allows movement from the streets into the preserved park inside the block and further towards the river. Terraces of various shapes are placed to offer panoramic views of the river and create a focal point at the urbanistically significant intersection of Komunardů and Jateční streets. The second part is more open and includes a church on an artificially created island. Both aspects are connected by water, both inside the block and around the church, creating a contrast while simultaneously unifying the entire complex. This concept emphasizes a new approach to residential architecture with a focus on form and contrasts. The materials used not only connect the buildings with their surroundings but also contribute to the harmonious integration into Holešovice.
