Polyfunctional Building

The polyfunctional building is situated in a gap site in Dalimilova street in Prague – Žižkov. The building has six above-ground floors and two underground floors. The first and second above-ground floors are divided by a passage, that is connecting the Dalimilova street with a courtyard. The fifth and sixth above-ground floors are setback from the street line, so the building ledge is in the same height level as ledges of the neighboring buildings. The underground floors serve primarily for parking and also there are situated technical rooms. On the first and second floors are a commercial spaces, namely two shops, a café with a hall suitable for exhibitions or lectures, and an office space. On the third to sixth floors are situated apartments.
