COMPLETION THE BLOCK OF FLATS ON "SMÍCHOV" WATERFRONT, STRAKONICKÁ STREET, PRAGUE 5

This work focuses on the revitalization of the city block bounded by U Královské louky, Strakonická, and Rozkošného streets, with the key objective being the construction of a multifunctional residential complex. The goal is to remove the gas station and reevaluate the usefulness of the existing worthless buildings in the inner courtyard, which prevent the creation of a high-quality and functional space. The theme of the work is to design a building volume that will fit harmoniously into the surrounding architecture and respect the existing urban character of the location. The design also includes the modification of adjacent public spaces and the complete revitalization of the entire inner courtyard area.
