Apartment Building between 18 and 19

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a solitary residential building located between Halls 18 and 19 in the former Pragovka industrial complex in Prague 9. The building consists of three sections with separate entrances, commercial spaces on the ground floor, two underground parking levels, four residential floors, and a setback top floor. The choice of exposed concrete as the main material for the exterior and common interior areas is based on the industrial character of the site.
