This bachelor thesis deals with the industrial design and development of modular hand tools intended specifically for the maintenance and construction of off-road cycling trails (trail building). The main goal of the project was to design a compact set of working tools that share a single unified handle, thereby maximizing utility and significantly facilitating the transport of the tools in demanding forest terrain. The output and innovative contribution of the project is the development and engineering of a connecting mechanism integrated directly into the internal space of the tubular handle. The mechanism, utilizing a form-fit connection, ensures high joint strength while maintaining a clean visual profile and optimal grip ergonomics.
