Beneath the Barrandov Cliffs Revitalization of the Former Swimming

The bachelors thesis deals with the revitalization of the former swimming pool beneath Barrandov, its surrounding area, and its connection to a nearby cycling path. The project documentation further develops the design proposal from the bachelors thesis study. The proposal aims to make the site accessible to a wide range of visitors in the most sensitive way possible, with respect to the natural conditions, the history of the place, and its unique existing atmosphere. The intention is for the former swimming pool to serve as a pleasant stop for tourists, cyclists, and other athletes, while also becoming a venue for various cultural events in the evening.
