Apartment House CoHabit 3G, Praha - Letňany

The Cohabit 3G project was developed as part of a newly planned urban district near the Prague North High-Speed Rail Terminal on the border between Ďáblice and Letňany, based on a land-use study. The apartment building in question is located in the center of the district within a residential block alongside other apartment buildings. The building responds to its location within the block and works with the idea of unconventional form of intergenerational cohousing focused on community living, social cohesion, and shared spaces.
