Apartment building on the corner of Říční and Žatecká streets

This bachelors thesis contains the design documentation for residential complex located at the corner of Říční and Žatecká Streets in the city of Kadaň. The design documentation covers the construction of a residential complex comprising two above-ground buildings and one underground structure, containing 14 apartments, 4 commercial spaces, and an underground shared parking garage. The project also addresses connections to the technical infrastructure utility networks.
