Annotation
The kindergarten in Prague's Břevnov district rises from steep terrain, which becomes the main formative and operational principle of the building. The site is sharply defined by the surrounding streets and buildings, so the facility is designed as a compact mass that gradually transforms into a complex structure responding to the slope. This articulation creates clear and functional units that support the logic of the entire building's operation. The upper two floors are designated for children and connected by vertical communication to the technical and operational facilities that form the base of the building. The outdoor areas with playgrounds and play elements then serve to diversify the children's natural movement and support their daily contact with the surrounding environment.
