Buildingtop trail Rychnov nad Kněžnou

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a residential complex with a shared public space and a café within an urban environment. The proposal responds to the character of the surrounding development and explores the connection between housing, public space, and greenery. Part of the concept is a pedestrian bridge connecting the individual buildings, supporting the community-oriented character of the project and creating new spatial relationships within the site. The design emphasizes sustainability, high-quality public space, materiality, and the integration of vegetation into the architectural solution.
