Apartment Building Polní 8, Letňany. A five-storey apartment building forming part of a new perimeter block development, offering dignified housing while also supporting good relationships between residents. The apartments were designed to provide different spatial qualities depending on their orientation those facing the quiet inner courtyard are extended with balconies and connected to a semi-public space, while the apartments facing the street feature glazed kitchen alcoves that can be opened and adapted to seasonal changes and everyday use. The building is complemented by community functions on the ground floor and an accessible rooftop terrace, both of which expand the possibilities for shared use and connect the house with the public space of the new neighbourhood. The proposal aims to create not only beautiful housing, but also a pleasant, lively, and long-term sustainable living environment.
