The architectural design was developed for a narrow plot in an infill site on Palackého Street in Prague, near the busy Vodičkova Street. The concept responds to challenging spatial conditions through efficient use of the plot and a clear articulation of the building mass. The structure consists of three separate volumes, each containing one apartment per floor, resulting in a total of 15 residential units. The residential building includes 2-room apartments (2+kk) and studio apartments of various sizes, while duplex apartments are located on the upper floors. All apartments have a structural floor-to-ceiling height of 3.3 m. Parking is provided on the ground floor using a mechanical parking system with 10 spaces, and circulation between the volumes is ensured by an external gallery (access corridor).
