The apartment buildings are located in Rychnov nad Kněžnou, next to the local brewery and the Kněžná River. The varying heights of the buildings allow for quality views of the garden, the surrounding area, and the Kněžná River. The ground floor of the buildings houses retail units, a café, and technical facilities for residents, including parking spaces. The café and retail units thus promote an active lifestyle in the area and provide opportunities for socializing. The upper floors are dedicated to apartments with a variety of layouts, offering a wide range of living options.
