APARTMENT HOUSE Na rohu, Prague - Letňany

The site in question is located on the northern edge of Prague in the Letňany district. The city is considering building a transport hub with a high-speed rail station here, around which a new multifunctional urban district, Letňany-Ďáblice, is to be developed. This district should offer not only various forms of housing, but also a wide range of civic and commercial amenities, job opportunities, and high-quality public spaces. My project addresses an apartment building with active ground floor, which responds to the demands of contemporary urban living and strives to create a high-quality and efficient residential environment.
