Deans' Summit Prague 2026
On April 16–17, 2026, the Faculty of Architecture at CTU in Prague hosted the international Deans’ Summit Prague 2026, bringing together deans and representatives of schools of architecture from across Europe.
The central theme of this year’s summit was "Back to Basics: Rethinking Curriculum through Making," focusing on exploring new approaches to architectural education through hands-on creation, material experimentation, and bridging the gap between academia and practice.
The program featured keynote lectures, thematic discussions, and roundtables centered on the transformation of architectural curricula and the role of design-build methodologies in teaching. Highlights of the event also included a creative design-build session, networking activities, and a social program, including a tour of the faculty and a gala dinner.
