Výtopna Zlíchov: Handbook of Tactical Changes
Annotation
This semester we explored the area, spoke with people connected to it, and tried to understand their needs and the reasons the place looks as it does today. We analyzed relationships, values, problems, and potential within the site. Based on this, we proposed a series of quick, test interventions that could help immediately — cleaning, highlighting, connecting, painting, or activating parts of the area. We focused on how to involve local people and how such actions could have long-term meaning. All of this was compiled into a guide intended to help the district, Výtopna staff, or even a kind senior local we met there.
