NOVÉ BUBNY – BETWEEN LETNÁ AND HOLEŠOVICE

The residential building defines the northern edge of the block between Bubenská and Pitterova streets, urbanistically enclosing the southern space of the emerging Memorial of Silence. This eight-story structure with a recessed top floor aligns with the scale and facade of the existing Holešovice urban fabric. The architectural design responds to the site's technical constraints, specifically by integrating a metro station entrance and utilizing a four-meter cantilever over Pitterova Street. The structural system divides the building into three independent units sharing an underground parking garage with 74 spaces. The project comprises 67 residential units (studios to two-bedroom apartments), while the active ground floor offers commercial spaces linked to the public realm.
