The hotel is part of a block on Bubenská Street, directly adjacent to the new Vltava Philharmonic building. The southern facade of the hotel faces Antonínská Street, the western facade faces Bubenská Street and the eastern facade faces Pitterova Street. The hotel is a seven-story building with one receding floor. The ground floor contains a reception, lobby and restaurant, the second to seventh floors have a total of 226 double rooms. There are a total of 128 parking spaces for hotel guests in the four-story underground parking. The hotel's character follows the existing development in this part of Holešovice and at the same time the new apartment buildings with which it forms a common block.
