HOLEŠOVICE BUBNY – ZÁTORY
Annotation
The multifunctional building project in the Holešovice–Bubny area is part of the redevelopment of the territory between Argentinská and Dělnická streets. The design consists of a perimeter block formed by two volumes connected by a publicly accessible passage, which ensures permeability of the area and links the public spaces of the new district.
The ground floor is designed as a two-storey commercial space with active uses oriented towards both the street and the passage, while the upper floors are intended for residential use. The project also includes the design of adjacent streets, with an emphasis on safe movement for all users and on creating a high-quality, barrier-free public realm.
