Shopping center with residential buildings

The project of a mixed-use building in the Holešovice–Bubny area is part of the development of the territory between Argentinská and Dělnická streets. The design consists of a block structure formed by two volumes connected by a walk-through passage, which ensures permeability of the area and links the public spaces of the new district. The ground floor is designed as a two-storey commercial base with active functions oriented towards both the street and the passage, while the upper floors are dedicated to residential use. The project also includes the design of adjacent streets, with an emphasis on safe and balanced movement of all users and on high-quality, barrier-free public space.
