NEW BUBNY - STUDENT HOUSING

The building is situated at the corner of Bubenská Street and the elongated Heřmanova Street. Its function is student housing, the ground floor accommodates social and communal spaces. Together with the surrounding buildings, the house forms a new urban block and complements the existing block structure, whose character respects. The house is eight storeys high, featuring an active ground floor and one recessed upper level. A distinctive element of the facade is the glazed corner volume, which rises from the building mass and serves as a social hub for the student residence as well as a landmark within the newly developed area. The street facades are finished in plaster and articulated with metal railing details and window frames. The building provides a total of 65 student housing units.
