NEW BUBNY - NEW BLOCK

Two new city blocks, located in the area bounded by Jateční, U topíren, Argentinská, and U parku streets, offer a multifunctional urban structure, with a predominantly residential function and an active commercial ground floor. The blocks are bordered on the north and south by two squares dominated by hotel buildings. The eastern block also includes a retirement home with a courtyard park and an integrated city library. The buildings in both blocks have eight above-ground floors, one floor is recessed, and parking is provided underground. The design also includes modifications to the existing traffic profiles with the aim of calming traffic and expanding the space for pedestrians and cyclists.
