NOVÉ BUBNY – NEW BLOCK

Two new city blocks, in the area defined by Jateční, U Topíren, Argentinská and U Parku streets, offer a multifunctional urban structure with a residential function and an active commercial parterre. The blocks are defined by two squares, dominated by hotel buildings. The eastern block is also complemented by a house for seniors and an integrated city library. The houses in both blocks have eight floors above ground, one floor is recessed. Parking is located underground. The design also includes the modification of existing traffic profiles with the aim of calming traffic and expanding space for pedestrians and cyclists.
