NOVÉ BUBNY - RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The residential building on the newly established Pitterova Street comprises eight above-ground floors, one of which is recessed, and three underground levels providing parking for a total of 39 vehicles. The building accommodates 31 residential units in 2+kk and 3+kk layouts. An active ground floor is dedicated to commercial spaces. The architectural concept responds to the character of the emerging Bubny–Zátory district and references its industrial heritage. The street facade is formed by a system of operable perforated metal panels, allowing the building to be partially or fully closed. This solution enhances privacy for the apartments while providing protection from light pollution and noise from the surrounding urban environment.
