Annotation
The apartment building stands at the corner of Heřmanova and the newly established Pitterova Street. It offers an active street level on the eastern side, with the main entrance and underground parking access located on the southern facade. This seven-story building features a recessed top floor, the ground floor is also tucked back by 4 meters on the east, forming a sheltered entrance area for commercial spaces. The architecture complements the neighborhood with its setback upper level and symmetrical windows with rounded edges. The project includes 33 new apartments 2+kk up to 4+kk. The four underground parking levels are serviced by a car lift and offer 48 parking spots.
