NOVÉ BUBNY - APARTMENT BUILDING

The corner apartment building is located at the intersection of Bubenská and Nicolas Winton streets. This seven-story structure with a recessed top floor and active commercial ground floor responds to the existing development in Holešovice and forms a shared block with new residential buildings. The second through seventh floors accommodate 54 apartment units ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk, accompanied by a four-level underground parking garage. The facade concept relies on a regular window grid, with chamfering and division of the surface as distinctive features. Light concrete is applied to the street elevation, while the window frames and shopfronts are designed in a brick color.
