LETŇANY IN RHYTHM – an urban block of housing and civic amenities

The Letňany in Rhythm project focuses on the design of a new urban structure in the developing area of Prague–Letňany, in connection with a planned high-speed rail transport hub. The proposal is based on compact block development and a functional mix combining housing, administration, and civic amenities. Emphasis is placed on active ground floors, high-quality public spaces, and a clear, human-scaled urban structure. The project includes an administrative block with a bank and public functions, a mixed-use residential block with active ground floors, and standalone residential buildings of different standards, supporting social diversity and long-term sustainability of the new urban district.
