The subject of this project is a residential building situated in a newly developing district in Letňany. The site is located on the edge of the development area. High-end housing for sale by a private developer has been identified as the target group with the greatest potential. The resulting design respects and further develops the site's strengths. While the high-traffic road demands efficient commercial use of the space, the adjacent park area evokes a sense of calm and abundance, and the corner junction naturally serves as a landmark. By applying these aspects, a high-standard residential project is created, offering compact apartments with high utility.
