Cohabit 3G, Hubpoint Letňany

As part of a joint assignment to develop a new urban district at the Prague North VRT terminal in Letňany, proposals for two buildings were created. Both projects respond to different urban planning positions and explore the possibilities of multifunctional and residential architecture in the context of a newly emerging metropolitan subcenter. The first project is an administrative and cultural center with coworking space, a gallery, and offices, creating a distinctive landmark and active urban hub at the main station square. The second project is an intergenerational cohousing apartment building focused on community living, social cohesion, and shared spaces. Both designs emphasize the relationship to public space, sustainability, and support for everyday urban life.
