The designed apartment building is part of a newly emerging urban district in Letňany, Prague. The five-story building combines residential housing with a commercially active ground floor and provides high-quality facilities for its residents. The ground floor accommodates a bicycle storage room, basement storage units, and two commercial units: a bicycle repair shop and a tea and coffee store. The residential part of the building mainly consists of family apartments with a 3+kk layout, which can be flexibly adapted to a 4+kk layout according to the residents’ current needs.
