Letňany Cascade

The Letňany–Ďáblice residential building responds to the future Prague North HSR terminal. The central motive is a cascading volume forming an urban bridge between high-rise blocks and a primary school. This gradation minimizes overshadowing of the school and offers residents private roof terraces. The "startup housing" concept features efficient 1+kk and 2+kk rental units, with larger apartments and duplexes in the corner tower. The ground floor reflects its surroundings: a supermarket faces the busy street, while a childcare group for 30 children is located in the quiet zone. This facility connects to a private playground in the courtyard, creating a safe microworld separated from street noise.
