Corner house ECKE

The design of the apartment building is part of a newly proposed development in the Prague district Letňany. The building has floors and two underground garage floors. The house has a purely residential function and is part of a block with a semi-private courtyard. The apartments range in size from 1+kk to 4+kk, with the largest number of studios and 2+kk apartments. The apartments on the ground floor have private gardens, unlike those on the upper floors, which have a loggia or balcony. The facade is clad with elongated, vertically oriented glazed tiles in cream colour. These are complemented by a custom railing, window frames and outdoor blinds, which are all in a deep red colour.
