APARTMENT BUILDING LETŇANY
Annotation
The proposed apartment building in Letňany represents an attractive model of contemporary urban living, thoughtfully combining privacy, community, and vibrant public space. The corner eleven-story building becomes a striking landmark of the new district and clearly defines the street space. The building offers various types of apartments of different sizes and layouts with quality views, designed for diverse ways of living. Underground garages beneath the entire block free up the ground floor for urban life, enlivened by active commercial spaces at street level. Residents also have access to a quiet, green inner courtyard, providing a pleasant space for relaxation and neighborhood gatherings within the dense urban fabric.
