Terrazze Verdi

The project features the residential building Terrazze Verdi, located in a newly developing district in Letňany. The concept emphasizes a connection between the airy feel of the Ďáblice garden city and the higher urban density of Letňany. Through its facade, the building seeks to blend seamlessly with the surrounding park while creating a sense of tranquility for local residents. Thanks to its green balconies, it helps purify the air, provides a new sanctuary for wildlife, and serves as an orchard for its inhabitants. The building responds beautifully to the changing seasons through its vegetation. In summer, the trees provide shade and cool the interior, while in winter, they allow natural daylight to penetrate the building. The project is primarily designed for families with children.
