PV OFFICE HOUSE
Annotation
The project proposes a six-storey office building in the city centre with an underground garage, completing a gap in the urban fabric. The design opens a previously enclosed inner block into a publicly accessible park, while office spaces occupy the upper floors, complemented by leisure areas on the top level. The building is conceived as a structural frame with a lightweight glazed facade and integrated shading to ensure indoor comfort.
