The urban mosaic

The project addresses the development of the area on the border of Letňany and Ďáblice in connection with the creation of a new transport hub with a high-speed train station (VRT). The aim of the design is to create a contemporary multifunctional urban district with high-quality public space. The design of superblocks C1 and C2 coordinates functional use, development, parking and courtyards in accordance with the area regulation. Superblock C1 is conceived as a highly multifunctional unit with an emphasis on the organization of the courtyard and parking capacities. Superblock C2 combines administrative, civic and residential functions. In this block, a high-rise administrative building - a work house, social housing - a support house and a participatory apartment building in block B2.
