Family housing near the brewery

Family housing near the brewery is a set of three apartment buildings with family housing. The project includes a total of 16 residential units – fourteen 4+kk apartments and two 3+kk apartments – designed with an emphasis on plenty of daylight and a high-quality living standard. Together, the houses define an open public space that serves as a safe place for children to play and residents to meet. The active ground floor is complemented by a café, bakery and two commercial spaces, creating a lively center accessible not only to residents, but also to the wider public.
