Circling Kruh

Circling Kruh is a concept of moving through the landscape of the village of Kruh, aiming to increase the interest of residents and passers-by in the Podkrkonoší landscape through small-scale architectural interventions. The project maps existing minor interventions and outlines possibilities for their further development to make staying in the landscape more diverse and welcoming. The core theme is the restoration of pedestrian permeability and the search for the lost identity of the place through historic paths, understood as routes of movement, encounter, and landscape perception, complemented by subtle stopping points.
