Housing on Na Stráži
Annotation
The proposed residential complex is located in Prague–Libeň on a sloped site between Na Stráži and Františka Kadlece streets, at the boundary of block and villa development. The design consists of three buildings connected by a shared podium containing garages, technical facilities, workshops, and common spaces. A central residents-only staircase divides the site and creates a visual connection toward the opposite villa. All buildings feature accessible rooftop terraces, two with greenhouses. The project emphasizes a clear gradation of privacy and high-quality urban housing responding to the site’s specific context.
