The residential building is in a gap in Pragues New Town. The public ground floor, which is set back from the street line, is intended for a flower shop. Together with the underpass, which serves as the main entrance for residents, it maintains contact between the street and the courtyard. The front part of the building offers four floors of apartments, two per floor, each with an area of ​​88.5 m². The back part offers two mezzanine apartments with their own garden with an area of ​​119.8 m². From the third floor, a gallery connects four more duplex apartments with the northern part. The communication core of the building is the elevator together with an outdoor spiral staircase, which connects the two-story parking lot with the courtyard, apartments and a rooftop garden and greenhouse.
