Regulatory plan Mezichuchlí

The proposed transformation of Mezichuchlí responds to its definition in the Metropolitan Plan as a development area, to the proximity of Prague, the Vltava River and high-quality green spaces. As part of the urban planning studio, we have designed a new residential district here, for which the following regulatory plan is intended. The northern part of the area is changing from production and agricultural areas to a residential and recreational district, while the southern part retains its residential character. The new structure strengthens the connection of Chuchelský háj with the Vltava floodplain, improves pedestrian and bicycle access, and thanks to the Modřany Bridge, connects Velká Chuchlí with Modřany.
