Annotation
The apartment building is being constructed on an almost symmetrical but very sloping plot, in the vicinity of a specific block development. The block – the building is not enclosed and light penetrates it from the south. The layout does not waste space with corridors, even in the apartments. Apartments of all sizes always have a balcony or terrace and can be ventilated on at least two sides of the facade. The direction of all staircases, balconies, apartment connections, roof parapets, and solid railings describes segments of a circle with its center adjacent to the square. The building has no sharp angles, even though it is on a cramped triangular plot. The roof is not just a flat outline of the extruded floor plan, but a landscape with adequate spatial qualities
