A Gateway to the Stories of Český les

The aim of this project is to propose improvements to public spaces that currently have untapped potential. At the urban scale, the concept introduces new development in the centre of Přimda and along existing roads. The proposed development should clearly define the town centre while simultaneously limiting further expansion of the settlement into the surrounding landscape. In more detail, the project focuses primarily on the main square, the sports complex, the area between residential buildings, and the forecourt of the school. The proposal presents a concept of high-quality public spaces with clear spatial continuity, intended primarily for local residents and supporting the formation of a strong community.
